What you ‘ll do: Core Responsibility

We are looking for highly passionate and motivated individuals with clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency to join our team in Gurgaon. You should have a mind set to work well in a small, highly agile, fast-growth start-up environment.

  • Answer calls professionally and provide chat, email support to resolve user problems with proactive troubleshooting
  • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and develop processes & tools geared toward improving internal efficiency, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation effectively and judiciously with clear communication.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality
  • Work and communicate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product specialists, etc) using various channels of internal communication regarding Partner issues.

Tech Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in product support via Email & Voice
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Capable of thinking critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for email, chat and voice support channels
  • Open to work in night shift, timings will be 6 PM - 3 AM, Cab facility provided.
  • Enthusiasm for customer support
  • Good keyboarding skills 
  • Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude
  • Open to ideas/feedback
