Job Description – Customer Success Manager [Night Shift]
We are looking for highly passionate and motivated individuals to join our Customer Success Team in Gurgaon. You must be numbers-driven and should have a mindset to work well in a small, highly agile, fast-growth start-up environment.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Can fluently converse in English. North American accent is preferable
  • Graduate/ post graduate with 3-5 years of experience in customer success role preferably in a global SaaS company.
  • Fluency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Ms-Powerpoint, Internet & E-mailing.
  • Should be able to perform data analysis on Ms-excel or Google Spreadsheets
  • Should be comfortable working with technical products and ability to make sensible decisions based on data.
  • Should be able to handle a portfolio of 300-500 clients or 1 million dollars
  • Should be able to work independently as one-person-team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ability to take ownership is a must.


Responsibilities

  • Handle handoffs from sales teams, Onboard and manage accounts
  • Understand our product offering- What differentiates us from our competitors?
  • Customer relationship management - Technical, Business, Support, and product
  • Understand different segments of customers, design solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Coordinate with product management/support team for new requests
  • Client training/webinars, introduce new features to clients
  • Drive revenue - Expansion, adoption, engagement or renewals
  • Approaching problems in a pragmatic and logical way, taking the time to listen and understand what the customer needs and find an appropriate solution.
  • Create Knowledge Base articles and documentation with our technical team so that it is customer ready.
